Weather Policy

All summer clinics will be held regardless of weather.  Indoor facilities will be reserved in cases of inclement weather.

If inclement weather is predicted during winter clinics, please check the front page of this website for any postponements or cancellations.  If you are traveling a long distance, please email or call our staff prior to departing.  All efforts will be made to operate clinics during times of inclement weather, unless a state of emergency is declared by the local government.

No refunds or credit will be available if clinic is held but the participant is unable to attend due to weather.

If a clinic is canceled due to weather, participants will have their choice of credit toward a future clinic, or the re-scheduled clinic, for the full amount paid, or a refund minus an administrative fee of 20% of the registration cost (this fee covers our website/registration costs + a non-refundable deposit on facilities).

Refund Policy
MAXX Fastpitch will issue refunds for cancellations that occur any time up to 5 days prior to the posted start time of clinic. Refunds will be issued in full, less an administration fee of 12% of the registration cost.

Any cancellations made inside the period of 5 days prior to the posted start time of the clinic will not be eligible for a refund.  We will, however, offer a credit to a future event.  Refunds are not given within the 5 day period prior to the camp because each camp is limited in the number of participants.   All of our expenses are pre-determined for each camp based upon the number of participants.  It is difficult for us to fill an open spot in less than 5 days prior to a camp.  The no refund period begins exactly 5 days prior to the posted start time of the camp (for example: for a Saturday camp scheduled to start at 8am, no refunds will be provided beginning at 8am the Monday prior to camp).  THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS REFUND POLICY.

There may be times when a college coach scheduled to instruct is unable to attend due to travel, illness, or personal reasons. We will make every effort to replace the coach with another college coach.  Sometimes these incidents are beyond our control. There will be no refunds issued due to any changes of the instructing staff that occur within 14 days of the camp.  THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS REFUND POLICY.

Please see our weather policy for information regarding weather-related refunds.
